Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the case of the petitioner is covered by the ratio of the judgment passed by this Court in Nviron Learning Foundation v. State of Orissa, (W.P.(C) No.26549 of 2022, decided on 24.11.2022 and therefore, the present writ application may be disposed of in the light of the said judgment.

Mr. B.K. Dash, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.3 has no objection to the contention raised by the learned
counsel for the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of in the light of the observation and direction made by this Court in Nviron Learning Foundation (supra).
