This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The petitioner in this CRLMP challenges the inaction of the police in seizing the valuable dowry articles and mobile phone of the accused Shakti Ranjan Mohapatra, who took half naked photo of the petitioner at the time of bathing. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint of the petitioner has already been registered as F.I.R.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the appropriate court for appropriate
