Mr. Mohanta, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and draws attention to order dated 25th February, 2022, wherein following was said.

"1.

Mr. Mohanta, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, he has instruction that the Insurance Company has advised his client their willingness to pay the claim amount but is unable to do so because of pendency of this writ petition.

2.

Petitioner will serve copy of this order on opposite party-Insurance Company. The Insurance Company is expected to appear in Court on adjourned date for order being made for disposal of the writ petition.

List on 11th March, 2022."

Mr. Roy, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party (insurance company) and submits, the claim has been processed and the claim amount will be paid within three weeks.
