Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. 2.

This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail allegedly for their involvement in the offences punishable under Sections 379/420, I.P.C. read with Section 66(C) of the I.T. Act.

Considering the seriousness of the allegation, gravity of the offence and the facts of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. However, it is observed that, in the event the Petitioner surrenders and moves for bail before the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole in C.T. Case No.1119 of 2022 corresponding to Badachana P.S. Case No.213 of 2022 within a period of three weeks from today, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, but subject to the Petitioner furnishing cash security of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) to

// 2 // the satisfaction of learned court in seisin over the matter, which shall be kept in an interest bearing account of any nationalized bank and the accrued amount shall be subject to the final outcome of the trial. This bail order shall also be subject to the further condition that the Petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once in every week till conclusion of the trial.
