2. Heard Mr. L.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. M.K. Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Opp. Parties.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners have got all the benefit as prayed for in the present writ Petitions and accordingly does not want to press the matter.

4. In such view of the matter, the writ Petitions are disposed of as infructuous.
