The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the selection of Opposite Party No.5 as highest Bidder, pursuant to Tender Call Notice dated 10.09.2019 under Annexure-1, and to issue direction to Opposite Party No.4-Tahasildar, Ghasipura to select him for the said purpose.

Since the Writ Petition has been filed in the year 2019 and in the meantime about three years have passed, by efflux of time, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
