This Court after going through the materials available on record finds that the present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 16.7.2018 passed by Opp. Party No.4 in rejecting the application of the petitioner for engagement of the lawyer in the proceeding initiated against him vide Departmental Proceeding Case No.4 of 2006 dated 22.5.2006 under Annexure-4. Since no body is there to press this Application, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

The interim order passed by this Court dated 7.8.2018 stands vacated.
