This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode).

Heard Mr. P.K. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department.

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner being aggrieved inaction of the authorities in considering the appointment of the Petitioner under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme as per O.C.S. R.A. Rules, 1990.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that he wants to make a fresh representation before the District Education Officer, Dhenkanal-Opposite Party No.4 taking all the grounds available and relying upon documents in his favour. 5.
Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the School and Mass Education Department has no objection, if a fresh representation filed by the Petitioner before the authorities. 6.
In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with
// 2 // a direction to make a fresh representation before the District Education Officer, Dhenkanal-Opposite Party No.4 within a period of two weeks from today. If such representation filed within the aforesaid period, the same shall be considered and disposed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. It is needless to mention here that the decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days thereafter. 7.
It is made clear that this Court does not express any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. 9.
Urgent certified copy of this order be handed over on proper application.
