This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in Charmal P.S. Case No.07 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.11(A) of 2014 for alleged commission of offence under section147/148/341/457/459/354/427/337/323/325/307/149 of the IPC pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Rairakhol, has filed this application under section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for his grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and viewing the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances, while being not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, this application is disposed of with the observation that in the event
// 2 // the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case within a period of two weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit; further taking into account all such developments which have taken place in the meantime in their proper perspective and disposed of early in accordance with law.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
