M.K.Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-Opposite Parties and Mr. S.K.Patra, learned counsel appearing for the Accountant General.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has got all the benefits as prayed for in the present Writ Petition and accordingly does not want to press the matter.
