Learned counsel for the State on instruction submits that in the meantime, the F.I.R. has already been registered bearing Talchua P.S. Case No.106 dated 1.10.2022 for commission of offences under Sections 341/323/294/506/34, I.P.C. Hence, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed.
