This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.

The above Interlocutory Application has been filed by the petitioner for extension of time.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court vide its order dated 18.11.2022, granted liberty to the petitioner to move an application before the learned S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack under appropriate provisions of law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the said order and in the event, such an application was filed, the same shall be filed by the said court in accordance

// 2 // with law as expeditiously as possible. He further submits, the petitioner is working outside the State of Odisha for which he could not comply with the above order of this Court within the stipulated time given. In such background, he prays that further two weeks may be granted to the petitioner for approaching the learned S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack. 5.

Perused the I.A.

Considering the submissions made, this Court grants further two weeks time to the petitioner to move the learned S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack by filing an appropriate application. In the event such an application is filed, the said court shall consider the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, if there is no other impediment.

The Interlocutory Application stands disposed of. 8.
