The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 28.07.2022 under Annexure-9 passed by the learned District Judge, Bhadrak rejecting the claim of the petitioner in pursuance of the order dated 17.05.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.C. No.32557 of 2021. 3.

Since the order impugned passed by the learned District Judge, Bhadrak is appealable, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in accordance with law. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
