1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. B.P. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M.K. Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. The present writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) To quash the impugned Order No.1671 dated 25.09.2018 passed by the Respondent No. 3 vide Annexure-6.

ii) To declare the Notification dtd.21.10.2016 passed by the respondent No. 1 under Annexure-5 as illegal, aribitrary and contrary to the finance Dept. notification dtd.06.02.2013.

iii) To direct the Respondents to extend the benefit of 2nd RACP in favor of the applicant by fixing his Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- within a time framed by the Hon'ble Tribunal on the ground that he has completed 20 years of service in a particular post/grade i.e. Assistant Teacher.

iv) To pass such order/directions as deemed fit and proper.

v) To allow the Original Application."

4. It is submitted that the issue involved in the present case has already been decided by this Court in its Judgment dtd.24.06.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.7281 of 2018 and 4848 of 2022.

5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the Parties, the writ Petition is disposed of with a direction on the Opp. Parties to act in accordance with the Judgment passed by this Court on 24.06.2022.
