Since the petitioner is in occupation of his own land and it is alleged that he is going to be evicted from the said land, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 4.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
