This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition seek to assail the temporary permit granted in favour of Opposite Party No.4, namely, Ashok Kumar Ray, on the route from Motu to Kantabanjhi and back in respect of the vehicle bearing Registration No.OD-10-G-3636.

As the order impugned herein under Annexure-4 is appealable under Section 89 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioners, if so advised, may work out their remedy in accordance with law.
