This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to give compassionate appointment to him sympathetically under Rehabilitation Assistance scheme within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-7 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration the judgment of the apex Court in the case of Malaya Nanda Sethy v. State of Orissa, Civil Appeal No. 4103 of 2022 disposed of on 20.05.2022, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-7, taking into consideration the judgment of the apex Court in the case of Malaya Nanda Sethy v. State of Orissa, Civil Appeal No. 4103 of 2022 disposed of on 20.05.2022, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
