This writ petition has been filed for a direction to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 6th October, 2022 (Annexure-1) addressed to Tahasildar, RathunathpurOpposite Party No.3 to sent all necessary order sheets/information of OLR 19(1) C) Case No.41 of 2017 to SubRegistrar, Raghunathpur for registration of the document at an early date.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner files a memo stating that the Petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and prays for withdrawal of the same.
