1. The Petitioners' representations dated 4th January, 2019 Order No.
(Annexure-11 series) shall be examined by the Principal Secretary, General Administration and Public Grievance Department (Opposite Party No.1) and after issuing notice to the representatives of the Petitioners and giving them a hearing, the Principal Secretary, General Administration and Public Grievance Department (Opposite Party No.1) shall pass a reasoned order thereon not later than 7th March, 2023 and copy of such order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.
