This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner for transfer of MAT Case No.27 of 2021 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Athagarh to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Cuttack on the ground that as another proceeding, i.e., C.P. No.448 of 2021 instituted at her instance is pending in the Court of Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. No one appears on behalf of the Opposite Party though notice has been made sufficient.

Since no one appears on behalf of the Opposite Party though notice has been made sufficient, this Court is of the view that the Opposite Party has nothing to say in this case. It appears that both the aforesaid cases are interrelated.

Hence, it is directed that MAT Case No.27 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Athagarh be transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Cuttack. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order and intimate the same to the Opposite Party.

However, the Opposite Party is at liberty to seek review of this order, if he is aggrieved by this order in any manner. 7.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
