1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. L. Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. YSP Babu, learned AGA appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. The Petitioner has been filed the present writ Petition with the following prayer:- "In view of the facts and circumstances mentioned above the arrear family pension of Late Santilata Josi D/O-Panchunath Josi may be sanctioned and released for the period 14-06-2009 to 2603-2017 vide PPO No-105879 and be released in favour of the applicant.
And for this act of kindness the applicant as in duty bound shall ever pray."
4. On being asked by this Court, Mr. Pradhan fails to satisfy the relationship of the Petitioner with the pensioner and it is submitted that she is the care taker of the original pensioner.
5. In view of her status, she is not entitled to get the benefit as prayed for.
