Heard the submission of Mr. B. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. S. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for Opposite Parties.

Through the Writ Petition the grievance is made even though in the disposal of the Writ Petition No. 22390 of 2019 there is clear direction for preparation of Records of Rights involving the area therein at the fag end of 2021. It is alleged even though the draft R.O.R. has been published by this month for final publication. 3.

Since there is considerable delay in the meantime, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition to avoid any further loss of time herein directs the Assistant Settlement Officer, Rental Colony, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to show complete compliance of the direction of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 22390 of 2019 at least within a period of three months and however subject to if there is no lawful obstruction in working out in such direction by virtue of

// 2 // any stay order granted in any proceeding pending in the High Court.
