Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, prayer for direction on payment on certificates, copies of which are annexures 1 to 6, with further interest accrued after 20th December, 2019 have been made by his client. His client made representation dated 11th January, 2021 to opposite party no.1. He prays for direction upon said opposite party to consider the representation.

Ms. Pattanayak, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, opposite party no.1 will, upon direction made, duly consider the representation.
