Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client became permanently disabled on getting electric shock. Claim was made under the insurance policy, following which representation dated 24th September, 2022 to opposite party no.1. He prays for direction upon said opposite party to consider his client's representation.

In view of prayer made by petitioner, Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice. Instead, opposite party no.1 will consider and deal with petitioner's claim under said representation dated 24th September, 2022 and inform petitioner the result within three weeks of communication.
