Mr. Nayak learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's husband became 100% disabled on getting electric shock. She has claimed compensation against opposite party no.2, to whom his client made representation dated 25th February, 2022. He seeks direction upon said opposite arty to consider the representation.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

In view of petitioner's prayer, Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice on opposite party no.2. Instead, said opposite will

// 2 // consider and deal with petitioner's representation dated 25th February, 2022 and inform result thereof to her within three weeks of communication.
