Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. He submits, his client is the widow. She had claimed compensation under the scheme, copy of which is annexure-2. The claim was made on 23rd September, 2021 to opposite party no.3. He prays for direction upon said opposite party to consider the claim and accordingly recommended payment of compensation. 2.
Ms. Pattanayak, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

In view of petitioner's prayer made, instead of directing notice, opposite party no.3 is directed to consider said representation dated 23rd September, 2021 and either make the recommendation or
// 2 // inform petitioner reason for rejection. Either way it must be done within three weeks of communication.
