Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client did work as directed by opposite party no.2 under work order dated 15th April, 2015. 50% of the bill was paid and balance amounting of Rs.2,55,156/- has not been paid. He seeks direction upon opposite party no.2 to consider his client's representation dated 3rd March, 2022 regarding payment of the balance amount.

Ms. Pattanayak, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made the representation will be duly considered.
