The present Contempt Petition has been filed for non-implementation of the order dated 31st January, 2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.36039 of 2021 within the stipulated time.

At the time of hearing, Mr. Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate has produced a memo bearing no.30106 dated 17th November, 2022 in Court today with a copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner, whereby it is reflected that the Government has sanctioned an amount of Rs.3,97,847/- for payment of the decretal dues to the petitioner. He further submits that within four weeks, the said amount shall be disbursed to the petitioner. The said memo is taken on record.

Learned proxy counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has no objection, if the present Contempt Petition be disposed of.

In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek its revival, in case, the amounts are not released within the stipulated time.
