Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. He submits, wife of his client was working in the Forest Department. She died. His client claimed compensation, rejected by order dated 9th August, 2021 made by opposite party no.2. Against the rejection his client preferred appeal by representation dated 26th August, 2021 to opposite party no.1. He prays for direction upon said opposite party to consider his client's appeal.

Ms. Pattanayak, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made the appeal will be duly considered.

Opposite party no.1 is directed to consider and deal with petitioner's appeal dated 26th August, 2021 and inform petitioner the result within three weeks of communication.
