Perused the record. It appears that the petitioner has filed this writ petition against show-cause dated 28.11.2018 under Annexure-2 issued by the Project Director DRDA, Kendrapada. As such, the writ petition is not maintainable against such notice of show-cause.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition merits no consideration and the same is dismissed.
