This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Appellant and learned counsel for the State.

It is seen from the record that the alleged offence under Sections 341/376AB, I.P.C. read with Section 3(2)(v)(va) of the S.C. and S.T. (PoA) Act and Section 6 of the POCSO Act. Hence, this appeal is not maintainable. Therefore, the appellant shall file BLAPL application before this Court.

In such view of the matter, leave is granted. Registry is directed to convert the CRLA to BLAPL and renumber the same. 5.

List this matter in the week commencing from 11th of April, 2022.
