Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This is an unfortunate case making allegation against Opposite Party No.3 in not disposing of the Remand Revision Case No.260 of 2012 and remanded in the year 2016 undisputedly pending even after six years. This Court while expressing its anxiety in long pendency of the remand proceeding, however, directs Opposite Party No.3 to conclude the remand proceeding involved herein at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order, if necessary, by issuing notice to the contesting Opposite Parties therein by special messenger at the cost of the Petitioner while also keeping in view the direction of the Appellate Authority. 3.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
