Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the entire pleading and as the construction involving Overhead Tank, for the opinion of this Court, the construction of Overhead Tank is not only to the benefit of the villagers but also cannot create any obstruction in the grazing in the locality. This Court considers on the allegation of the Petitioners in the guise of construction of Overhead Tank, there is attempt to make the land unusable by the cows and observes in this event, this Court observes on the Overhead Tank construction is over, it shall be the responsibility of the authority undertaking the construction to see that land is leveled and not creating any obstruction in moment of the cows in the locality.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
