Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein and as the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-6 is still pending, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.1 to look into the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-6 and take decision as appropriate by completing entire exercise within a period of two months, but, however providing an opportunity of hearing to the Intervenors, both the IntervenorsPetitioners are directed to provide the copy of the order of this Court along with copy of the Writ Petition to the Collector, Balasore and take date of personal hearing.
