01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs:

"In view of the facts stated above, the applicant prays for the following relief(s):

(a) The Original Application be allowed;

(b) The Respondents be directed to prepare the list of eligible persons of MPHW(M) & (F) and MPHS(M) & (F) having required qualification of DHE/DPHE on the basis of their date of acquiring said qualification;

(c) The Respondents be directed to consider for promotion to PHEO against each year of vacancy separately as per Rule-7 and 11 of Recruitment Rule, 2013 under annexure4 and grant promotion to the Applicants against said vacancies with all consequential benefits;

(d) Such other order/orders be passed granting relief to the applicant."

4. Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioners are directed to make individual representations before the Opp. Party No. 1 by

// 2 // enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of their claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence.

5. It is observed that if such representations are filed within the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.1 shall do well to take a lawful decision within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representations. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioners.

6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
