This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) To quash the rejection order dtd.

20.03.2017 under Annexure-10;

(ii) To quash the rejection order dtd.

22.04.2014 under Annexure-8;

(iii) To direct the Respondents to appoint the applicant as contract teacher (TGT Arts) in the district of Malakanagiri;

(iv) And pass such other order / orders as may be deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed an appeal at Annexure-12 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
