Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It appears, Petitioner brings a further cause of action through Annexure-2 as well as Annexure-3 for considering in the Contempt proceeding. Reading through the development in Annexures-2 & 3 and the direction of this Courts already there, for the opinion of this Court Petitioner requests for extension of the lease is yet to be finalized. No circumstance Petitioner is permitted to collect the weekly market fee. 3.
In the circumstance, this Court finds, there is no illegality in issuing of the order at Annexure-2. However in disposal of the Contempt Petition for having no cause of action, this Court observes in the event there is no decision on the direction of this Court dated 09.09.2022, there should be showing of finality at least within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. 4.
The Contempt Petition thus stands disposed of. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Swarna
