The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to fix the pay appropriately with grade pay of Rs.2800/- w.e.f. 18.09.2014 by extending the benefit of +2 CPEd qualification by treating the petitioner at par with one Narendra Kumar Nayak and Mamatarani Patel in terms of the order of the Government dated 07.09.2007 and the letter dated 06.11.2017 of the Collector respectively with all consequential service and financial benefits.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-8, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexures-3, 5, 6 and 7, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ

petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-8 taking into consideration Annexures-3, 5, 6 and 7, and pass a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
