This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to consider the candidature of petitioner no.2 for appointment to the post of Junior Clerk on rehabilitation assistance scheme within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made application for compassionate appointment to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-4 series and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.3 to consider the application for compassionate appointment filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-4 series, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
