Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State- Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) Admit the original application.
(ii) Call for the records.
(iii) And after hearing the parties be pleased to quash the rejection list under Annexure-3 so far as the present applicant is concerned and direct the respondents to issue engagement order in favour of the applicant against the post of Contract Teacher TGT (Arts) within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Tribunal and further be pleased to extend all service benefit as is due and admissible to the post of Contract Teacher as has been extended to other candidates who were selected".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioners are directed to make fresh representation before
// 2 // the Opposite Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of one week hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of one month. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioners within that time. 7.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
