1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is not present on call.

2. As reveals that the case has never been pursuaded since the date of filing in the year 2018. The challenge in this petition is in respect to the advertisement for the post of Assistant Training Officer.

3. Keeping in view the nature of the case and the same having not pursued since the date of its filing, there is least possibility of the survival of the cause of action. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
