1. This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. Order No.

2. The Petitioner's grievance is with regard to the construction of a bridge over a land which according to him is "Gochar Land".

3. Learned counsel for the State points out that if a bridge has been constructed, and the land was earlier categorized as "gochar land", it must have been de-reserved for the purpose of construction of a bridge and any objection to such de-reservation should be voiced before the Collector of the concerned district.

4. It is open to the Petitioner to avail the remedy as pointed out by learned counsel for the State.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.

6. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of
