This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties no. 1 to 4 to regularize the service of the petitioner after uninterrupted completion of 6 years in a sanctioned post, as a Sweeper with all financial benefits as per representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-5 keeping in view of the decision reported in Nakula Naik vs. State, reported in 2017 (I) OLR and in the case of Gajendra Prasad Behera vs. State reported in 2014 Supp.II OLR and in State of Karnataka v. Umadevi, 2006 (4) SCC 1 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting grievance, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-5 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the

// 2 // merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider Order No. 1 the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of authenticated/certified copy of this order.
