M/s. S. Mishra and associates enter appearance on behalf of opposite party no.1 by filing vakalatnama in Court today. The same be kept on record. Their names be indicated as counsel for oppositie party no.1 in the cause list. 3.

Heard Mr. S.P. Sarangi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. S. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.1.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties no.1 to 3 to return the entire bid amount with up to date interest to the petitioner. 4.

As it appears, the petitioner has already submitted letter/representation ventilating his grievances before opposite party no.1 under Annexure-9. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner admits the same and states that direction may be issued to opposite party no.1 to consider

and dispose of the same, to which learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.1 has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the letter/representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-9 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
