After going through the pleadings made in the Writ Petition, it is found that the Petitioner has prayed for release of her salary for the period, she was out of service. Therefore the prayer as made in the Writ Petition is purely mis-conceived and cannot be entertained. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
