Inadvertently the I.A. in respect of CRLMC No.2932 of Order No.

2019 is placed on record and the same, therefore, be delisted. 2.

Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that I.A. No.3027 of 2022 is filed for modification of the order dated 21st October, 2022.

As to the I.A. filed, it is for extension of period of surrender which has expired on 9th November, 2022.

For the reason stated, I.A. stands allowed.

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned J.M.F.C. Bhapur on or before 23rd December, 2022 in connection with G.R. Case No.169 of 2010 arising out of Fategarh P.S. Case No.91 of 2010 in compliance of the Court's order dated 21st October, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.2923 of 2022. 6.
