Heard Mr. S.K. Padhy, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. S.K. Padhy, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the case of the petitioner is covered by the ratio decided by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in Sandhyarani Patra & 51 Ors. v. State of Odisha & Ors. (O.A. No.4473 (C) of 2016 & batch, disposed of on 23.04.2018). Therefore, direction be issued to the authority to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of said order.

Considering the contentions raised by learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the State opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the order passed by the Tribunal in Sandhyarani Patra (supra) within a period of four months

from the date of production/communication of this order. 5.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
