Petitioner is stated to have availed a loan of Order No.

Rs.2,00,000/- from Odisha Gramya Bank, Raisungura Branch, Raisungura, in the district of Cuttack on 14.01.2005 for the purpose of repairing his house. Due to default in payment of installments, the loan account was classified as NPA and recovery process was initiated.

The prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the Opposite Parties to allow the petitioner to settle the loan account under the OTS Scheme.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Memo dated 06.12.2022 in Court stating therein that the petitioner does not

// 2 // want to press this Writ Petition because in the meantime the matter has been settled between the parties and prays for permission to withdraw the same. The Memo be kept on record.

In view of the Memo filed, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
