This writ petition involves the following prayer: Order No.

P R A Y E R It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court would graciously be pleased to admit this writ application and to issue rule Nisi directing the Opp.parties to show cause as to why the Army Group Insurance claim shall not be released in favour of the petitioner and if the opp.parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause the said rule be made absolute."

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioners. 5.
