Since for the selfsame relief the petitioner had earlier approached the tribunal by filing original application, which was disposed of directing the authority to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the judgment of the apex Court in the case of Secretary, State of Karnataka v. Umadevi, (2006) 4 SCC 1 and without waiting result thereof the present writ petition has been filed, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, which is not maintainable.
